What you’ll learn during the workshop

During this door hanger workshop, you’ll learn how to paint this adorable Americana truck door hanger!

I chose this design because it’s absolutely full of life for the Spring season, but can be used all Summer long! It’s also super unique while being easy and super accessible for beginners as well as advanced-level painters.

Last but not least, it allows you to customize it to your current home decor by making the truck whatever color you want! Red, Blue, Purple, Pink – It’s whatever you’re feeling creatively called to!

What’s included in the workshop?

During the two-day workshop, you’ll not only get step-by-step instructions, live tutorials, and a replay afterward but also a few tools and resources to help guide you as you go! This includes:

• 1 door hanger template download
• A supply list download so you can gather all our favorite supplies before you join 
• Access to workshop videos (replays will be sent via email)
• Access to our private Facebook group so you can get all the best tips and tricks…plus make some new friends along the way 

We’re also offering a special companion kit to accompany the workshop! This kit will include additional tools and materials for our door hanger project. It includes the wood door hanger blank, graphite tracing paper, a brush pack, and more!

This kit will ship within 3-5 days of ordering, and the price includes shipping costs. However, the last day to order in time for the workshop is April 10th. But, if you want to purchase after the workshop and watch the replay, you are totally welcome to do so!

Who is this door hanger workshop right for? 

You may be thinking… “I’ve never even painted a stick figure! How can I paint a door hanger?”

The thing is, as long as you want to learn, I can teach you! All experience levels are welcome here. And with two nights of live instruction, you can rest assured that we’ll be taking it slow, so you can really take your time with each piece of the (door hanger) puzzle!

On night one (April 16th), we’ll cover the basics. You’ll see how to set up your door hanger for success, how to do the base coat…things like that. Then, on night two (April 18th), we’ll dive into some of the details, like hand lettering and design accents.

If you’re a beginner, I recommend joining us for nights one AND two. However, if you feel like taking on a challenge, you can do night one on your own time, then join us for night two to finish up!
